Track & Field Group

Sprint Group
Sprints group coach: Max Krueger
The WTC Sprint Group is for anyone interested in competing in track events up to 400 meters. Outdoor workouts (usually at McClimon track) will begin in September, and we will move indoors to the Shell in October or November in accordance with the weather. The competitive season will begin in January/February with NCAA Division III indoor meets. We will also get in a few outdoor meets in April and May.

Field Events Group
Field events group coach: None currently. Please email the President if you are interested in the position.
The Field events group, including jumps and throws, meets regularly during the track season. They also do strength and plyometric workouts. If you are interested in participating in this group, you can meet with Ryan to start with.

Distance Groups
Women's distance group coach: Dallas White
The women's distance group practices Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm, from January to March at the Shell and from April to May outdoors (usually at McClimon track). They also meet most Sundays for our long run. Contact Coach Dallas White with any questions.

Men's distance group coach: Jim Reardon
The men's distance group practices Monday and Wednesday at 5:15pm, from January to March at the Shell and from April to May outdoors (usually at McClimon track). They often meet on other days to go on longer runs together. Contact Coach Jim Reardon with any questions.
